Does my supplier or retail company need to be based in Africa?
No. Suppliers & retailers don't need to be physically on-site to operate, so there's no country restriction — a UK-based hardware supplier can sell into Africa without a local office, the same way a global logistics company can coordinate deliveries across the continent. This is different from on-site trade businesses (like construction or engineering), which do need to be African-based since the work itself happens on a physical site.
