This apron plate feeder moves high-volume bulk materials — ore, stone, sand, and cement — at capacities from 1 to 1000 t/h, with plate widths selectable from 500 mm to 1800 mm to match your feed opening. The pan and apron plates are manufactured from manganese steel or carbon steel for abrasion resistance under heavy, irregular loads. Drive is via gearbox and motor running on three-phase power (220–480 V), with belt speed adjustable from 0 to 50 m/min to control feed rate. Supplied new with ISO 9001 certification, a 2-year unit warranty, and a 3-year warranty on core components; MOQ is 1 unit.
