This hydraulic pile breaker attaches to 12–35 tonne excavators and cuts circular concrete piles from 300mm to 1800mm in diameter using a gear-driven, bearing-supported clamping head rather than impact force, leaving the rebar intact and the cut face clean. Maximum thrust reaches 600kN at up to 34.3MPa cylinder pressure, with a cylinder stroke range of 135–230mm and a flow requirement of 20–30 litres per minute per cylinder. Module weight runs 100–230kg depending on configuration, and a single unit ships in an 80×80×160cm package. A machinery test report is provided, a one-year warranty applies, and MOQ is one unit.
