This machine is a mineral-processing unit that recovers fine sand and dewaters tailings in sand and ore washing operations. It pairs hydrocyclone separation with a dewatering screen to handle feed material between 0.074 mm and 10 mm at a throughput of 5 to 20 tonnes per hour, with a stated separation efficiency of 98 percent. Twin 150 mm cyclones driven by two 0.55 kW motors sit on a compact frame occupying roughly 0.7 square metres. It is intended for continuous duty in aggregate, sand and mining recovery plants.
