The 80mm screws run at 39 rpm with an L/D ratio of 132:1 and are machined from 38CrMoALA alloy steel for wear resistance at sustained output. Core components — motor, gearbox, pump, and PLC control — are supplied as a single integrated unit, and TFT provides a machinery test report and video inspection before shipment. MOQ is 1 unit, with a 1-year warranty included.
