This single-axis solar tracker is a single-post ground mounting system that supports an array of photovoltaic modules and turns them east to west within a ±45° tracking range. The structure is made from hot-dip galvanized steel and aluminium-magnesium-zinc coated steel, and the central post ends in a flanged base for fixing to a foundation. A set holds up to 10 PV modules, supports an estimated maximum capacity of 6 kWp, and tracks with ±0.5° accuracy. It is used to keep solar panels aligned with the sun throughout the day in outdoor solar installations.
