This WPC board extrusion production line is a twin-screw plastic extrusion system used to process PE, PP, ABS, EPS and HDPE granules into sheet, plate and profile forms. Its screws are made of 38CrMoALA steel, measure 132 mm in diameter and run at 70 rpm with a 22:1 length-to-diameter ratio. The line uses 250 kW of power and has an output of 250 kg/h, with overall dimensions of 24 m by 3.0 m by 2.6 m and a weight of 2000 kg. It is built as a long production sequence with feeding, control and downstream handling sections.
